All “LL” members should have received a letter with details of a couple of events on from Dave Rudwick.
The first event is the Club night on 15th April about the war. You must arrive there for 7pm start. There are 30 places booked for us and if you were not at the March club night could you please let Dave know if you intend to come along so he can gauge numbers. There will be NO raffle.
The next is the “LL” gathering at Tilford on 30th & 31st May. We are combining with the tractor club in the hope of getting a few more vistors this year. The current plan is that we will park the awnings in the car park on the grass so visitors will see them first.The mobile exhibits will go in the museum.
All exhibitors will need to sign in on arrival and be insured, you will be given wristbands to go in and out of the museum. Camping will be available to all sections and you may arrive on Friday about 5pm. Mobile exhibits must be in the museum by 10am and required to stay until the museum closes.
Mobile exhibitors do not need to let us know if they are coming but we would like to know how many awning displays and campers are likely to turn up.
