Next meeting is Wednesday 15th December at The Grange Centre Midhurst, starting at 7-30pm. Christmas Get together with pub games.
There will be mince pies, tea or coffee at 50p a cup and the usual raffle.
We will have to abide by Government Covid guidelines and Covid rules laid down by the Grange Centre.
Saturday January 1st party at Rogate Village Hall from 2pm.
Due to the ongoing situation with Covid the committee have decided to change the format of this event.
PLEASE BRING FOOD FOR YOUR OWN CONSUMPTION AND NOT FOR SHARING.
The committee will be putting a selection of packets of crisps, factory wrapped cakes and sweets on each table along with crackers.
There will be free tea, coffee or soft drinks and wine for the toast, available from the kitchen serving hatch.
There will be two quizzes and the usual raffle.
We will have to abide by Government Covid guidelines and Covid rules laid down by Rogate Village Hall.
The kitchen area will be a restricted area and drinks will be made for you. The windows will be opened as instructed by the hall management.
There will be hand sanitiser available at both venues or if you wish please bring your own. It is recommended that masks are worn when moving about the venues.
If you are feeling unwell for the safety of others please do not attend.
The committee will be monitoring the covid situation and follow all recommended guidelines and rules.

The next meeting is the AGM Wednesday 17th November at The Grange Centre Midhurst 7.30pm.
There is no prize giving this year but there will be a chance to look at some of the Archives of the club.
There will be tea or coffee available and for this meeting it will be free of charge.

As we head into the autumn months we thought we would just remind you of the next few club evenings, all held at The Grange, Bepton Road, Midhurst starting at 7.30pm.
OCTOBER 20th Club Night 7.30pm The Grange Centre, Midhurst. Timespan will give their talk on Guy Fawkes
NOVEMBER 17th Club Night 7.30pm The Grange Centre Midhurst. Annual General Meeting no prizegiving followed by a chance to look at the archives of the club.

On November 21st is are Auto jumble at The Grange Centre, always a good event, starting for the public at 10am, contact Dave Rudwick for more information his details are on the who’s who page here or in the front of your latest newsletter.
And to add to your 2022 calendar, our New Years Day Party on January 1st at Rogate Village Hall from 2pm to 6pm. We hope let many of you will join us for this afternoon get together and start 2022 with a good catch up.

The committee have agreed to appoint Shirley Rudwick as the new Membership Secretary; her details are shown inside the front cover of the newsletter.
Reminder that your 2020 membership cards are valid until 31st December 2021, no new cards will be issued for 2021. If you have changed any of your details please contact Shirley.

New Year’s Day Party
With the current government restrictions in place and restrictions placed by Rogate Village Hall the committee have sadly had to cancel the party, it is hoped to hold a party later in the year as soon as restrictions allow. Please check the website, Facebook page and emails for updates.
The committee will resume meetings as soon as we are able to. We have to follow government guidelines and are also subject to restrictions in place at The Grange Centre

And here is some news on the clubs coach trips for 2020,
It has come to my attention that Trueman Coaches of Fleet, the firm that we have been using for our coach trips, entered Administration on Monday 27th April. Therefore the coach trips this year will not happen even if we were able to consider running them later in the year. Ian Blake
Hopefully we can look at coach trips for 2021.
Please make sure we support these events in 2021 if they all go ahead.

The committee have decided to cancel all meetings including this Wednesday 15th March until further notice, because of the present situation with Coronavirus, we feel this is in the best interests of the membership.

I have also had an email from Colin Mansfiels today informing that the VE day at Middleton 8th May has been cancelled.
Auto Jumble on Sunday 15th March.
Following Government announcements yesterday we are continuing to monitor the situation and take advice. At this moment in time the Auto Jumble is still planned to go ahead.
